Strategist behind Grand Prince Suyang's 1453 coup

He served as Chief State Councillor under Sejo, Yejong and Seongjong and stood at the centre of the meritorious elite (hungu). Two of his daughters became queens of Yejong and Seongjong. After his death his corpse was dismembered in the Gapja Literati Purge.
